FUTSAL TOURNAMENT

Place: Viitaniemen koulu  / Paikka: Viitaniemen koulu

Date: 28th November 2009 / Pvm: 28. Marraskuuta 2009

Schedule: 8:00 – 22:00 / Aika: 8:00 – 22:00

Price: 8 euros /person  /   Hinta: 8 euroa / henkilö

Each team has to be composed by 7 people minimum / Jokaisessa joukkueessa on oltava vähintään 7 henkilöä

Maximum 16 teams (the first ones) / Korkeintaan 16 tiimiä (paikat täytetään järjestyksessä)

There will be prizes (the best team, the best mixed team, the worst team,…) / Luvassa palkintoja (paras joukkue, paras sekajoukkue, huonoin joukkue...)


Rules / Säännöt: 

The teams can be mixed / Sekajoukkueet sallittu

5 players (4+ goalkeeper) / 5 pelaajaa (4 + maalivahti)

Two times each match (10 min each one) / Pelataan kaksi 10 minuutin erää, välissä 2 minuutin erätauko

After the 5th fault it will be double penalty / Viidennen rangaistuksen jälkeen tulee tuplarangaistus

If you change the goalkeeper inform the referee / Maalivahdin vaihdosta tulee kertoa tuomarille

The referee can exclude 2 min any player if he thinks it’s necessary / Tuomari voi laittaa pelajaan 2 minuutin jäähylle, jos siihen on tarvetta

You can change the field players whenever you want / Vaihdon voi suorittaa koska vaan

SUCCESFUL NETWORKING EVENING!!!

Last friday we made an Evening meeting in Team Academy with the colaboration of JCI (junior chamber international). For that event we needed sponsors and we went out Team Academy, we went to crazy town. Our sponsors were techait and business arena. This was our first big project and because of that the days before we were very nervous, but after the event we realised that we made a good job.

During the event we did a lot of things like games, speed dates, presentations,… The programation was:

1. We did an ice breaking(a game). The game was to pesented ourself doing a network with wool.
2. We did different groups or teams to do a check in. The check in is a Team Academy method to say how we are.
3. After that we did a play explaining the history of Team Academy.
4. We went up stairs an we did the speed daiting, everyone was satisfied.
5. Then we made a break. In the break we offered different “pintxos” like tortilla, tuna and sandwiches. We had also some drinks. After that we made a picture all together.
6. After the break we did another game. This game was a competition between the different groups that we made at the begining. The competition was to search different words with one letter.
7. Later we were down stairs and we did our presentation. After that we were thinking in doing a presentation of Manahmana and Gaze but we had a different problems and we decided to cancel it.
8. Finally we did a presentation of our new projects (our dreams) and after that a check out.

Now we are thinking doing this event in the Basque Country to know people about us. We know that we made a different mistakes but like our slogan says: LEARNING BY DOING. We think that this event is the first step of something that starts now.

WE HAVE TEAM LEADERS!!!


This week both teams have decided the leaders. After a trainning session we decided what tipe of leaders we need. Leaders are going to have some responsalilitys in these year and they are going to give example to other people in the team.

taZEBAez have the idea of having some sub-leaders too, these are the leaders and subleaders;

  1. Team leader: Joanes Rodrigez, sub-team leader: Iñigo Ibiricu
  2. Financial leader: Iskander Alkate, sub-financial leader: Josu Oleaga
  3. Costumer leader: Ana Aguirre, sub-costumer leader: Alberto Iruretagoyena
  4. Communication Leader: Markel Gibert sub-communication leader: Aritz Velasco

XIII team have another leadership position, and they haven´t got any sub-leaders, these are the leaders;

  1. Team leader: Borja Bereciartua
  2. Financial leader: Hasier Amilibia
  3. Costumer leader: Aitor Otxoa
  4. Communication leader: Asier Agirre
  5. International-communication leader: Maitane Aramburu
These decision is going to help us having a better organisation and communication in the team and with other people too.

Our office in Team Academy


Last week we started working in our new office. It is situated in the second floor of the Team Academy in Jyvaskyla, we have to say that it is really small for us and we need more space but we have to wait until arriving at our university in Basque Country. So now that we have our own office we ready to built!!!!

We will like to applogize with the finish people for been so noisy but we are many people working at the same time in a really small place, we hope improvement on that.

Also we want to thanks TA for open us their doors and gave us a place to work.

Welcome party in Jyväskylä

Yesterday we had the welcome party that had the aim to mix us with the finish people. The party was separate in two parts: pre-party and after-party. The pre-party started at 17:30 and finished at 20:00 in Team Academy´s building. In the pre-party we had to make a small presentation to our culture and our selfs. kindly the international team of Team Academy told us to do it the day before the party at last our, so most of the presentation was improvised ( the video in this post is part of the presentation ). Then for the after-party we went to kharma, a disco in Jyväskylä were we dance until late. In this post we want to thank all the finish people that went to the party and were so nice with us.

Rocket Days


On Monday and Tuesday we celebrated the most important event of the year at Team Academy, the Rocket Days.

At the Rocket Days every Teams have to show one of their project and get judge. We also entry in the competition because the Basque Country teams we were like guest. We feel really lucky because we won the best show prize.

When the show finished the crazy party started and the people went wild.

Finally we are in Finland!!!!

Last Thursday, after twelve long but funny hours travelling around Europe we arrived to Jyvaskyla. The finish teamsters were waiting for us in the bus station. On Friday we had to go to Team Academy for work with the “Rocket-days” and everybody shared the experience in the new flats, after that we had the first contacts with the finish students and the finish culture.

WE HAVE TO SAY THAT TEAM ACADEMY IS REALLY AMAZING!!!

We can not say more about our stay here because we have being working hardly and we have not got enough time for visit the city. We are very excited for the “Rocket-days” and we think that after the event we could write with more frequency.

In the next post we will write about the most famous event in Team Academy.

forest & back

To end with last week´s leadership theme we went camping to Erlaitz mountain where we were separated in 2 team companies. So now we are ready to rock. we all met on the town center were the coaches made the companies and gave us the tasks. We had to climb the mountain witch wasn´t so pleasant for everybody but finally both companies arrived to the top. When the 2 companies were on the camping site we did some "contact" games and team work games, the games were really good and we had loads of fun. but when diner time arrived the chaos started. Every one wanted to eat at the same time and the only fire we had was not enough. when the diner was ended we started with the birth giving presentations. here you have some photos of the day.

welcome to our blog


Hi! we have created this new blog to show you what we are doing in this new degree, how is our stay in Finland going, and a few of our new projects.
In this blog we will give you information about our projects and events. in first place, about our "forest & back" trip this thursday.
The different groups we have made, already have some ideas to work on. In the "New Projects" group are thinking about organizing some 24 hours sport event, a web site an others. the "Finish stay" is preparing other kind of projects to do when in finland.
